In 2008, Success. Nat started at its Serangoon North outlet serving the local community. Both its founders, Gerard and Belinde, are regular volunteers teaching at family centres on top of studying full-time in universities. We saw how education could transform a person’s life and decided to establish an education centre to help the local community and became a pioneer member of Raise – Singapore Centre of Social Enterprise in 2013. By running our own centre, we knew that we could provide more than academic coaching, we can also be the students’ mentor and provide a safe and conducive environment for students to self-study beyond their tuition hours with teachers on duty.
Since then, we expanded to Tampines, Woodlands, Bishan, Lakeside, Taman Jurong and Jurong East not based on business considerations, but based on where we think that there might be people needing affordable and quality academic coaching. We are honoured to have worked hard alongside batches of students through their secondary and junior college years and even attend their weddings!
We aim to continue to be a beacon of support, a refuge for generations of Singaporeans students.
